The menu at the Guelfi e Ghibellini restaurant stands out for its Mediterranean character and strong inclination for Tuscan specialties, a perfect combination of traditional flavors and the rebirth of the local cuisine.
The kitchen is staffed by young professionals, motivated and attentive to today's increasingly demanding clientele. Traditional Tuscan recipes are transformed by our chef into creative gourmet dishes including bread, pasta and, naturally, desserts.
The à la carte menu, according to season, changes every three months and is daily supplemented by alternative dishes including the local fruits and vegetables in season.
Drinks and snacks are served at the Bar and in the Music room.
